hey, i'm just wondering if it would be ok to bring my gas m4 to the air house, it shoots about 370ish on the first shot, then dies down to about 360. Its one of my only good guns and I just wondered if its ok.

Sorry bud, but it has to shoot under 350 fps to play. It is a safety issue to have anything greater hitting you from 3 feet away. We actually are one of the higher velocity CQB fields in the state, most limiting to 328 fps.

Depending on what gas m4 it is, you can get an NPAS kit and install that to be able to tune down the FPS.

It lowers your fps about 30 to 40 FPS. And it hurts bad enough getting shot 3 feet away especially somewhere sensitive.

Trust me Sleepy, 10 FPS over is a huge diference. Especially when there are people who tend to not care about the 3 ft. engagement limit rule. Even guns that are only at 300 FPS leave a nice purple welt on your skin. The point of airsoft is not to inflict the most pain upon people.

If it was we would all be using real steel firearms! That's is just scary to think about though with the arsenals some people have now-a-days.
