I dont know about the rest of you, but i have had the absolute worst time with Evike customer service. Everytime I call them, its the same ride.
I always talk with manners, respect and professionally when i am dealing with customer service representatives. Despite this, Im always treated like a dog. They always giveme accurate and helpful information, but i am talked to sarastically and rudely. I dont know if its because im a teenager, but they should shape it up.
Its hard to believe that such a massive company would have such ill-mannered employees. Never had problems with Airsoft GI, and i am not supporting one or the other, because i am fond of them both.

Evike hung up on me once..AirsoftGI talked to me nicely and treated me how KA treats you..like a great customer.

I love ASGI they save me so much compared to evike, the problem is all the stuff I wanna buy is out of stock so I am forced to buy from evike on occasion.

I've never had a problem with Evike, although I have never had reason to call their customer service dept.
ASGI on the other hand I wasnt to happy with. I called once asking if a gun was in stock as I didnt want to to be on backorder once I made the order (happened to me once before with them because of the site not being up to date). The rep told me to hold and that he would go check. After 15 minutes of waiting (and hearing employees talking and laughing in the background), another rep picked up the phone and asked how he could help me. I told him that I was being helped and he put the phone down. This individual turned out to be the first one I had talked to and just had never gone back to check on the gun. All in all, I waited about 25-30min to not be helped. Was not impressed.

Evike are a bunch of A-holes but i continue to shop with them. Why? because i can.

When it comes to customer service, I think it's safe to say KWA is king. Their(can't believe I messed that up ) customer service and support is some of the best I've ever experienced.
