Nope, the GR16 is their basic m4 line. The G4 has a blowback cylinder on the top of the gearbox which means that it will only fit in the plastic G4 upper receiver, or the metal Top Tech upper receiver that is available.

You wouldn't happen to know where to get said Top Tech upper receiver would you?
I checked ASGI and Evike and neither of them had it.
