So I've herd the term "R hopped" a lot lately; What does it mean?

It's basically a modification to the hop up, usually resulting in slight increase in range, and possibly accuracy if done right. As far as how it works, I've never had the chance to look at one before, and so I only have a basic understanding of it, so I'll leave that to someone else to explain.
