I own a APS ACP and I can tell you that it will NOT accept Crossman CO2 cartridges. For some reason Crossman are a tad too wide. I've tried Daisy CO2 cartridges and they work but are still a snug fit. I just got my acp today. The crosman I got work just fine. The co2 even rattles a little bit.

Then they've tweaked the magazines. I bought mine when they first came out, so maybe they reconfigured the mag. Check on Evike, 90% of the comments on the ACP complain about the crossman's not fitting. Sounds like you got lucky though!

Also, did you get the ACP 606 or just the regular ACP? I've heard the 606 mags work like a charm, the regular ACP, not so much.

I got the regular one. Besides all the mags are the same. So I don't see what the differiance is. The co2 fit fine in the mag that came with the gun and both of the spare mags I got.

Like I said, the difference is they tweaked the mags on the 606. It sounds like you either got lucky or they fixed the mag problem. Check Evike, i'm not the only one who had the mag problem.

Turns out you were correct. APS just put out a vid about the gen 2 mags and caps.

Yes, Fergus, you are right. My dad got me a few CO2 cartridges while he was at the hardware store for me. I didn't know what brand they had, turns out they were Crossman. They are too wide. They don't go down far enough. He only got 5 and they fit in my brother's gun so it's not a waste. But I do need to find a brand that works. I'll try Daisy.

That's a bummer the crosman don't work for you guys. All 3 of my mags work with them great. I played all day Sunday with just my acp and crosman co2.

Hale's hardware in dowagiac, mi. They're on amazon too
And I haven't quite used it enough to find out it's efficiency. But the mags don't get cold at all after rapid fire and there's zero leakage so far.
