Did you "stabilize" the video on youtube? If so, thats why your video has the underwater look. Youtube's stabilization process does that.

Did you "stabilize" the video on youtube? If so, thats why your video has the underwater look. Youtube's stabilization process does that. Yes I believe i did that. It does it in all my videos. It might just be my camera :/. Try looking for an "auto stabilization" setting or a "stabilize" setting on your camera if it has a settings area. Both of those will create the underwater affect.
