So I finally got back out to the Air House this Saturday (Was the only guy in light blue t-shirt and jeans) and while chatting in the staging area after a game I had an idea for a new game mode/add-on.
The Idea: In any game mode you can add the Commander/Captain option like an add-on rule such as a medic. Commander/Captain for that round is allowed to command there team to do whatever they want them to do or place them and have them defend wherever they need them to defend.
I personally think this could be perfect for any or all games.

Its a good idea. But theres also a lot of people who arent gonna want to take orders, And what would be the point(objective of the game)?

The issue is kind of a non-issue anyways. If there's a competent, skilled veteran player(s) on site, they will likely inadvertently take command anyways. Once this happens, most people tend to fall in line with people who seem to know what the heck they are doing. This in turn yields better results than a random person being elected as a leader, and will keep tempers much lower. Putting under/un-qualified people in a leadership role is just asking for trouble.
