What are good internals for a M14 EBR, now I'm gonna tear out all the used internals completely and put in brand new ones, and as I don't have much knowledge of internal gearbox parts I need help choosing them. So if you guys could help me out with choosing some internals, that would be great. Also, please provide links to where you found them at.

Just look up Google for DMR builds for Version 7 gearbox. Some of the cheapest and most useful upgrades are your hop up, and your barrel. Do that before you tear apart the gearbox. another 100fps isn't much compared to the accuracy and consistency of a new hop-up and barrel.

So if I got a TM hop up unit, madbull 6.01 TBB, M120, new cylinder head, a new piston and new motor would I be set for a year or two?

You'd be set for a year or two on only hopup/barrel upgrades, then make sure the gearbox is shimmed correctly, cleaned out and lubed, and preferably has a Sorbo pad. Ask maverick about his tune up. You should only need that and a nice hopup setup.

What I've heard is that an R-hop is ungodly accurate for an AEG. I don't know much about the miracle barrel GI has been showcasing lately, but it might be worth checking out.

The miracle barrel for sure. It has a tiny cup-like thing in the barrel where the bb sits so it gets even contact with the hop up nub.

Don't buy one from asgi, they are over priced.

Is GI the only one who carriers the miracle barrel?

R-Hops are custom made to fit precisely into an hop up unit. I don't know the exact details, but ask Maverick about more details.
