It's seems to me that a trend is going on where people are turning to GBBR's, and my question is why, did I start a fab or something?

Yep, we'll all call you hipster max from now on ;D. Really though, I guess everybody is just realizing how cool they are now that a lot of people have them.

^ha that's good ;D. I found a Japanese airsoft gun manufacture called TOP that makes a shell ejecting M4 that has peaked my interest, I may sell my LM4 to buy one of those.

I did it because my wallet can finally handle why I got into airsoft. The realism, and the emersion. I never really cared for AEG's and Polarstar setups are to paintbally for me. Not bashing them! I wanted to be forced into the mindset of real cap. Real gun issues. And because I can understand the system so much easier compared to a gearbox. I can fix um, I love shooting them. I did not get into it for the recoil which I see to many people doing and then bad mouthing and selling them because they won't clean them and they break down.
Just my .02

GBBRs are fun. It becomes NOT fun very fast after when some folks don't call hits you can't plug a bunch more into them without sacrificing a huge percent of your ammo. I ran into this problem with my GBBRs. Definitely a part of the reason why I swapped to a polarstar.

Allowing spoil sports to change what you wanna do seems alien to me. If they don't wanna call hits, meh. I'm command at Butler and when we do have an issue, a come to God meeting normally settles it. They get back on the feild and everyone has fun again. With a few exceptions
That and shooting (safely) .38's out of a WeTech shooting 450fps on .20's makes people flinch alitte bit. lol
Never really understood the whole not call your hit fad. It's not like you can't just repawn or go another game in like 10 minutes top anyway.
