I attended a game at the Kazoo airsoft place and hired a tech to do a spring swap on my gun since it was shooting too hard. Upon returning home I noticed the upper handguard was loose. I quickly realized that the upper handguard spring was missing. The date of the game was Saturday, April 6th.

I'm asking everyone on the forum since the piece may have simply fallen off the repair table and out of sight. Also, I implore the resident techs to see if they have accidentally stowed the piece away. I live pretty far away, so if the piece is found, I won't be back in Kalamazoo to reclaim it for a while.
