After teams have been selected, each player draws their starting position from a hat. After each player draws their location it goes back into the hat. This would mean there is a chance for you to start the game surrounded by friendly or the enemy and maybe both. Everyone must be touching their location when the game starts. Each person has a single life, last team with someone standing wins. Just an idea.
