Run N` Gun (Different Way to Start A Round)

Concept:

Both Teams start in middle of map.
Ref Whistles and everyone sprints off in whatever direction for 15 seconds (or set amount of seconds)to hide.
At 15 seconds ref whistles again your weapons go hot and hopefully your out of sight.

Could be an interesting way to start out a TDM.
Or could be used as a way to do a No Respawn Pistol Only or Free For All.
