Just as the titles says. Will work best for smaller amounts of people (10-20)
refs as best as can spread people out across the warehouse and outside. where they cant initially see anyone. no one moves or shoots until everyone is set and whistle blows.
If your shot go to the safety zone and wait/watch until next round.
After a few games refs will know exactly where to put people. Or can go around off hours or before the game and spray a small 15-20 X on the walls of the area where people should stand to start. Call it a spawn point if you will. might make it easier to place people.
