I think it be awesome for a two store building in the back corner by the the tower. Also a platfrom around the tower with a ladder for access. One more thing more cover in the back by the street

As cool as it would be, there is inherent danger with building multistory structures. and with danger comes legal liability that very few waivers can protect an owner from.
