I decided to Google real estate nearby and couldn't find any indication that the buildings North or East of KA were for lease or sale. Loony should be able to find more if they have interest in expanding the play area.

The building to the east was considerably harder- Owned by one "1827 REED LLC", a company that apparently doesn't exist outside of the GIS map I referenced. Eventually and after much Googling, a name popped up: Robert Sursely. One more search later, I learned a man by that name was arrested by Kalamazoo county police on 11/14/2012 for charges of third-degree criminal sexual assault, which is punishable by up to fifteen years of prison time... You probably won't be doing business with the guy if he's in jail, which is likely.
