I've been starting a modern day marine loadout. This will be a slow piece of work, so I'm just asking a few questions for now. Do any marines use the MICH 2001? Also, any specific plate carriers that they use?

As far as I know they still use the PASGT with a MICH style suspension system.

You could check the marines website, they actually have quite a bit of gear there. They don't say what kind of helmet they wear, but you can tell from the pictures.
It isn't a mich 2001. The marines use a lwh to my knowledge. It's basicly a newer model of the pasgt, lighter model of the it. It looks pretty much the same.

Why not do a MARSOC impression? It is one of the easier JSOC impressions to do these days and you can use a 2001 if you like.
