I took a bad hit in hockey today and have some bruised ribs as he pushed the butt of his stick right into my ribs.. I'm only concerned about one thing.. should I be ok to play Airsoft tomorrow? I feel like I should be ok but is there a chance I can injure my ribs even worse easily? Ill most likely be there tomorrow.. -Rabbit

As long as you don't take a fall and land on your gun or some thing hard you should be fine.

Ok.. anyone know how long it takes to recover from bruised ribs? I'm sure someone on the forums has had them...

Play it by ear. If your ribs start hurting after a couple games, ref a game or two. If they hurt after the break, take a little more time off. Play as much as you can or want, just don't push yourself too much.

haha, i have bruised and broken my ribs several times. It can take a few weeks or several months. As long as you don't have one that is broken and can puncture your lung you can do whatever the pain will let you do.
