Tight bore barrel

I am looking to get a tight bore barrel. i have a CQB length outer barrel(10.5") and the shortest tight bore i can find on ASGI or Evike is 300mm/11.81 inches.

So to my question. can you cut them down at all without messing with the accuracy? I dont really like the look of a suppressor on the end of my gun to hide the extra length. Any tips or a place you know of with a shorter tight bore. please let me know.

I think you can, as long as you re-crown the barrel.
Although Maverick would probably be better for the info.

On ASGI there is an entire category of barrels that are less than 300mm...

I have used, and would recommend Prometheus, Madbull, and Deepfire. On a side note, the quality of the barrel is far more important than the diameter. As for cutting a barrel, I would not recommend it. It is a long and complicated process that can be easily avoided by buying the correct length.

MadBull 6.03mm Black Pythons are AMAZING! I have one in my G4, and even though I shortened it to 300mm from the full length 363mm the groupings got way better.

I can cut and machine any length barrel you want. I ahve a lathe and a mill at my shop. I have cut and recrowned many barrels for myself and other people.

None. Upgrading and/or fine tuning your hop up will yield better results per dollar compared to a tight bore barrel. An even better way to achieve greater precision would be to use quality bbs.
