I am stoked. More Star Wars minus Lucas is a good thing. I am hoping for a weekly SW series, more than the movies actually.

As for a weekly SW series, as of right now there is the Clone wars series which is on CN every Friday. I just dont want Disney to over play the SW card and just ruin it.

They actually do have a weekly series on Cartoon Network There needs to be a real series though. Kinda like "forward unto dawn," but more than a miniseries. Disney has the budget to make one though, so this could be great!

In my opinion, Disney made a move to buy Lucas films because of how much of a cash cow was sitting around doing nothing. In the hands of Disney, the films can continue to be cranked out and will make ridiculous amounts of money. Marvel was purchased for the same amount and for the same reason.
We will not see typical "Disney" things in the star wars movies just as we don't see typical Disney things in the marvel movies.
4 billion is nothing compared to the amount of money that will come in from the movies, action figures, toys, posters, etc.

You should see the bin full of star wars toys still in their packages. I have like 15-20 big bins full of them. Im sure I will just buy complete cases of the new ones like I do now. I love www.bigbadtoystore.com
