Sounds good. I might be down that way on Friday night, however I have the U-18 Training event on Saturday so I will have them with me there.

Working on the first batch of Tan Knife Sheaths. Should have them done by Tonight if all goes well.

Just got the 1st TAN sheath done. I will trying to get a few more done for you all. Im not sure when Im going to be at the airhouse so shipping might be the only way to get these for now.

Once the final coat of paint dries I will take a few pics of this new one for you all.

Side production notes: Im going to be getting or trying to get Velcor that matches the main color, so OD will have OD velcro and TAN will have tan velcro as well.

Also Im going to be using small nut and bolt to hold the velcro in place for a more secure backing.

I will work on this in the next one I do.

I want to make sure that these are made of good quality and will last a long time.

As you can see there is going to be some changes made in the next batch of sheaths.

The molle strap will be held down with an adhesive and 3 small screws for better durability. The Velcro will be of a much better type as well and will be held on by screws as well.

Just got in some of the new supplies for the knife sheaths. Im hoping by friday I will have everything that I need to start production on them as well.

Well Im going to be doing some refining to the ones I have not which is a black and a tan on.

1. Im going to be rounding the corners on them. I have noticed that in some aspects that these will scrape at your arms if you put them on the side of your vest.

2. Will be using small screws to secure the molley strap on to the Sintra. Which will provide a sturdier platform in holding the sheath on to the vest as well.

As for producing these I can turn out about 5 of these a night as the painting process if the part that takes the longest. However with that said, in making the changes that I have it should take far less time to put these together. Be looking out Im hoping to have 15 of them up for sale at the airhouse in a few weeks.

I want to say sorry in the delay in getting these out there to you guys. I have family coming in from out of state so I will not be producing any of these for this next week. However with that being said I have 10 of them all ready to be put together and once that is done I will send them to the one person that has bought and paid for one of them and I will make sure to send the rest to the Airhouse for sale.

Just on a design note the straps that hold the knife in place are going to be black. They will be like this on every sheath.

Final design pictures will be up Monday of next week of what the production model will look like.

Production will be starting back up on Monday. I hope to have a full set of 15 done and shipped to the airhouse for sale.
