I just thought about something. Couldnt you cover athe lights with tight mesh, I imagine that that would be pretty cheap?

We are looking into a lexan or polycarbonate clear covers. expensive but worth it

Yeah but the problem with mesh is the BBs could still break and BB fragments could get through. It doesn't take much to break one of those bulbs I'd say plexiglas is the best way to go.

Once we figure things out on the lights they will be protected. Also we will be sure to have refs out in the field that know what to look at and enforce.

Yeah the refs normally do a good job at making sure the rules are enforced.

There will be a warning sign for those that shoot at/or out the lights you will be removed from the airhouse with a banning to be determined by the Staff of the Airhouse, along with be charged for the damaged done. I think that will get through to them. I was going to suggest something like this. Shooting the lights out is not an insignificant thing. It's destruction of property and makes it more dangerous for everyone there.

Things to make it better and safer: 1) concession stand would also take play fee & waivers – noticed people coming in but skipped the sales/store counter because it was too busy with people standing around in-between games. 2) how do you know who paid and didn't? Stamp? Suggest print custom wrist bands with KA logo/text, write down current date. Must wear around wrists. www.eventwristbands.com/500-CUSTOM-Tyvek-Wristbands.html?utm_source=google-shopping&utm_medium=organic3) entry doors: really freaked out that there is no barrier between play area and safe area. Recommend an L-shape section in the play area with a net at one end to help keep bbs from flying into the safe zone 4) barrel condoms - if your not in the play area, every gun must have a barrel condom on - handguns included. Don't have one? Buy it for a $1 at the KA store.

As far as the lights go... Dont shoot at them! if your muzzle disipline is that bad, than you should be holding a water gun, not a weapon that discharges a projectile.

That's ridiculous. You need cameras so you can see who shoots them and make THEM pay for it. I bet they wont be shooting the lights after that.
