Hi,
Has anyone left your item in the Flixbus?
If so, I just want to know how many days it took to get back your item from Flixbus.
I might have left my iPhone 5 in the bus from Graz to Vienna two days ago. I already submitted an online lost and found form on the Flixbus official page and I called Flixbus customer centre regarding this incident.
The official page said it might take around 30 days to reply my enquiries, which feels too long. If you used this lost and found service provided by Flixbus, did it really take 30 days? Or most importantly, have you managed to get back your items?
