Does anybody else find themselves sitting looking into nowhere for the last couple minutes of the timer counting down in between games or is it just me? I have time to load all of my mags, talk with friends, and get a drink and have at least a minute left. Is there a way we could get the staging time down a minute or two? It will give us extra time to play as well. Just a thought.

I would have to disagree with this due to the fact that I almost ALWAYS take up the whole time. It's really not that long of a wait to be honest and people like me take forever to load my WE M4 (Loading nozzle is a cat) have a tough time even getting all of my mags loaded by the time its supposed to start. Not to mention that a lot of players with AEG's use the time to charge their batteries for the next game. I get where your coming from and all but as I said I think that less time is not a great idea.

If a player is having to charge his or her battery after one or two 15-20 minute games, then there is a problem with said battery. Just saying.
To back on topic here I can see both sides of this. I think if the time was less, those that are still getting ready can come on to the field once they are good to go.
I play in a place here in Washington, that they give you 5minutes between rounds, once the light turns red the game is on, and you coming in late or wait for the next round.

And since the made more doors now so there's pretty much doors at every Spawn or close to you can actually join in the game late without having to walk through crossfire

I would also see if you can try this for one weekend and see how it goes. Then if it is something that works after it is being tried out for sometime, bring it to some sort of a vote to have it implamented.

Lets say there is an average of 11 games a day which I think is a fair guess flipping through the end of day pics. 11 games over 5 hours is an average of 27 minutes a game plus the countdown. If you reduce the countdown by two minutes (because you really can't change the actual game time) you will only gain one more game a day. I have no opinion either way really other than us old guys need every second we can to catch our breath. :-) Just wanted to throw this out there that we are not talking a huge amount of additional playing time (one game at most) unless you REALLY slash the countdown.
