do our gun(s) have to have either a red barrel condom or have to be inside a firearms case when we bring them onto the field?

You should ALWAYS carry your AEG in a case no matter where you go. A barrel condom is handy when carting it out on to the staging area to prevent any accidental discharges.

I can see the headline now: "Paramilitary Michigan drug cartel member apprehended while on routine traffic stop. Suspect was found in possession of half a dozen "assault weapons", tactical gear and 50 lbs of what is thought to be cocaine. More at 8." |

Sleepy most Likely each team has a different configured map so you won't get it until the day of at least that's what they did at other mil-sims I've attended.
