Hey everyone, I am a member of Team Specter, we are a team down in Niles, Michigan, we aren't a well known team, but we are looking to expand a little more, so we are looking for some more people to join our team. We go to the airhouse about once a month, and we attend as many MilSim events as possible. We don't want people spending a ton of money on things just to be on the team, we want to have fun, but also take airsoft seriously. If you are interested, here is what you will need just to start out.
1. Some type of woodland camo. (no A-tacs though, sorry)
2. Your own gun (M4 style if possible, if not, we aren't too worried about it).
3. Tan or black combat boots.
4. Some type of vest to hold your mags.
5. Some type of communication device.
6. Of course, you must have your own eye protection.
Okay, that is the stuff you will need to start on the team, here are some rules you must follow to stay on the team.
1. Call your hits, we are an honest team, we don't take cheating lightly.
2. Respect other players and refs.
3. Be a team player. Don't expect to be a one man army on this team, we work together, we may get split up, but we work together.
4. Communicate. Don't be quiet, we want you to be loud unless we have to be quiet. We practice this a lot, so if you are quiet at first, you won't be for long.
5. Be able to play when we play.
6. Have fun, we don't want to make airsoft a game that you or us don't want to play. We do take it seriously, but we have fun doing it.
That is the things you will need to join the team, and the things you will need to stay on the team. We haven't set a date for when we will go to the airhouse again, but keep in contact with me and I will let you know as soon as i can. Your first evaluation will be at the airhouse to see how you perform in close quarters situations, and the last one will be at a place we go to down in Niles. We will evaluate your outdoor skill there. If you are interested or have any questions, just PM me, Don't be afraid to ask questions.
