Yea my brother brad(spikedog) had a group of 6 come up on him he missed barely then the buck that ran from me ran to him he shot and missed

Frist deer i had ever shot, was a doe running away from me and i was using an old single shot 20 gauge, well i took a 75-85 yard shot with just a beed sight and nailed her in the butt. Slugg went all the way through hit her in the heart drop dead where she was standing.
As for this year, I shot a spike with my bow back on youth hunt, and the rest of my season has been crap.

The first and only deer I have ever killed, was on accident. ;D I was aiming straight at this nice buck with a NICE rack, I shot, and missed... Kinda. Half an hour later, me and my dad went to check out where the buck had been standing, and saw a drop of blood. We tracked down a young doe that I nailed right between the eyes, she dropped not far from where we were. Turns out, I missed the big buck, and hit his "girlfriend."
