Hey guys! I think it would be a good idea to do a monthly groupon night or something like that. Probably not something you would initiate right off the bat but groupon can attract a lot of local attention!

Be careful about using groupon... It can be a budget killer. Because they attract a lot of attention, they tend to bring down profit margins. The business next door to us had to cancel their groupon stuff because they were going to go under if they continued to take them. So be careful about what kind of deal you put up if you do it

If you could set your own deals and such then It might work, however more research in to this is needed.

If you could set your own deals and such then It might work, however more research in to this is needed. And really, I don't think you'd need to do it more than once or twice. Groupon reaches quite a few inboxes, so you'd just do it a couple times to get word out (you could view the money you lose from the discount as an advertising expense) then you could stop. I think it would do a great job getting word out. That being said, I don't know how it works from the business' side of things and what's involved. |

groupon is popular theres an ipod app for it to so 1 or 2 time will get alot of attention
