You also need to look at what was going on at the time of that song be written. US Service men had sexually abused or I should say raped a south korean girl. Lets think about this. You are a forgien military in a host country, you then attack one of the host countries citizens be lucky it was just a song, and not a riot or anything else.
Your right he did also apologize for the song as well.
